Each time your child attends the Sunday Morning Disciple Island Program they must
be SIGNED-IN on the ROSTER SHEETS. Roster sheets are located in each
of the classrooms.
Each child (Infant-8th Grade) participating in the Disciple Island Program
is required to fill out a
BLUE REGISTRATION CARD this
puts you on the ROSTER!
Cards are located in each of the classrooms with the official 'Sign-in Roster'.
So... If you child's name does not appear on the Roster... a Registration Card
needs to be filled out so we can add them to it! Cards
will be collected by
the teacher or Registration Assistant in the 'BIG ROOM".
